SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & REFUND POLICY

1. Subscription Plans

LinkBuild may offer free and paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, enhanced marketplace visibility, advanced analytics, additional website listings, messaging capabilities, verification features, and other services.

The features available under each subscription plan will be displayed on the pricing page and may change from time to time.

2. Subscription Fees

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or governmental charges unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period.

By subscribing, you authorize LinkBuild and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Renewal charges will occur on or around the billing anniversary date.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Upon cancellation:

• Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No further subscription charges will be made.
• Previously paid fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation does not immediately terminate access to paid features unless otherwise stated.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Subscription fees provide access to platform features only.

LinkBuild does not guarantee:

• Backlink acquisition
• Successful link exchanges
• SEO improvements
• Search engine rankings
• Organic traffic growth
• Website revenue
• Domain authority improvements
• Any specific business outcomes

Payment for a subscription does not guarantee results.

6. Marketplace Transactions

LinkBuild acts solely as a marketplace platform.

Subscription payments cover access to platform features only.

Any separate payments, commissions, backlink purchases, guest post agreements, sponsorship arrangements, or other business transactions between users are entirely independent of LinkBuild.

LinkBuild is not responsible for:

• User disputes
• Failed transactions
• Fraudulent users
• Non-delivery of backlinks
• Removal of backlinks
• SEO performance

7. Refund Policy

General Rule

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

Because users receive immediate access to digital services and platform functionality, refunds are generally not available.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing system errors
• Unauthorized transactions verified by investigation
• Legal obligations requiring a refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

Approval of any refund remains at LinkBuild's sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal:

• The account may be suspended immediately.
• Premium access may be revoked.
• Marketplace access may be restricted.
• LinkBuild reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment provider.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

10. Price Changes

LinkBuild reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Existing subscribers may be notified before new pricing becomes effective.

Continued use of the subscription after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

From time to time, LinkBuild may offer:

• Free trials
• Promotional pricing
• Discounted subscriptions
• Limited-time offers

Such promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Additional terms may apply to promotional offers.

12. Account Suspension

LinkBuild reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Spam
• Misrepresentation
• Violation of Terms and Conditions
• Marketplace manipulation
• Security concerns

No refund will be provided for terminated accounts that violate platform policies.

13. Service Availability

LinkBuild strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary downtime, maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party service failures shall not entitle users to refunds, credits, or compensation.
